Freight still runs on unstructured data - invoices, delivery proofs, and contracts trapped in PDFs. The result: slow payments, errors, and massive inefficiencies across an industry with over €600B in annual freight spend in Europe.

Conlio is building the infrastructure to fix that. We’re an AI-native platform that verifies freight transactions at the document level and automates how money moves across the network.

Starting with invoice auditing and expanding into AI-powered AP & AR automation for forwarders, we’re laying the foundation for freight’s financial operating system - where verified data replaces manual checks, and liquidity flows automatically.

Based in Berlin, we’re early, backed by top-tier investors, and already working with leading logistics players. We’re now focused on scaling revenue.

The Role

We’re hiring our first Commercial Lead.

This is a hands-on B2B SaaS sales role with full ownership of revenue generation - from pipeline creation to closing deals. You will spend a significant amount of time with freight forwarders: on-site, in discovery, in demos, and in follow-ups that actually move decisions.

This is a builder role for someone who wants to close customers in a conservative, operationally complex industry - and shape how Conlio goes to market as we scale.

Your success will be measured first and foremost by new customers and revenue closed.
